  Worst customer service by the management it's actually unbelievable! You have to fight for any kind of touch ups needed/ required; in the time we spent arguing about the deficiencies they could have easily been fixed. Once a list was propagated for touch ups the still weren't attended to on touch up day... We were constantly dealing with different people for the project management and it clearly showed because things were rarely done as they should have been - instructions were so scatttered.

  I have added pictures following response from management. They knew my father was out of town and it was agreed that upon his return, if the work was unsatisfactory, it would be dealt with at that time by the company. In the end, they were very unaccommodating and the response proves this.

  ****If you do chose to use them definitely stay home and carefully monitor the job!!! Also make sure you have them write in ALL the specifics for every room and or record your conversations with them - hopefully you'll have a better experience than us but seriously consider using a different company!

  I do wish to acknowledge that some of the painters were great and I do not doubt they are professionals but on the other hand we found out one of the guys there painting our stair case (a specialty piece) was on his first day of the job.

  We recently had most of our home painted by WOW! We are very impressed with their professional, efficient and thorough service. A team of 6 people arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and were ready to go right on time! The whole process went smoothly and quickly. We ended up adding a couple more spaces to be painted which they accommodated us with no problem and still finished the same day. We are super impressed with this company and will definitely recommend them and use them again! Thank you WOW! for an outstanding job!

  They removed only some baseboards/ vents, painted around others; half of the baseboards they did remove they didn't number so now we are solving a puzzle to get them back on; some areas got 1 coat of paint only no doubt in my mind. We're left with so many touch up jobs to do we would have been better off doing the whole thing diligently on our own. The fact that they didn't cut in around outlets enough highly speaks to their professionalism...

  Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We had Wow paint a full condo and they were nothing but helpful through out the whole process. Steve was wonderful to work with, helped us maintain a cost that we were comfortable with and didn't try to increase cost by painting areas that weren't necessary. Graham and Ted were on time and finished well before expected. The price was very reasonable and much less than I had been anticipating. I may never paint anything on my own again!!!

  Completely disappointed with both the quality of work and the promised professionalism. The premium price we paid and the company's way of conducting business was unacceptable. I was told that they would be done at a specific time and when I came to meet them, the workers were still putting the first coat on 2 of the rooms. Despite the fact that the work was incomplete, I was asked to do a walk-through and point out any deficiencies. Almost every wall, corner, edge, needed something finished or worked on, and keep in mind the majority of the job isn't even completed. There were massive amounts of paint drops and spills in every room, over the hardwood and appliances. When I returned afterward, the only thing that was cleaned was minor vacuuming of dust on the floor. We had to pay cleaners to remove the paint, some of which we are still unable to clean (baseboards, cupboards). We talked to both the manager and the owner, and the only thing they offered was to send a painter over to repaint "missed" areas, which was not our only issue. A couple days after this conversation a worker was sent but said at that time that he couldn't do the work with the tiny paint brush (and no other supplies) he had brought with him, and would have to return yet another day.

  So in the end, we are now left with below average and spotty quality of painting, a clean-up bill the company wont take responsibility for, and paint over multiple oak baseboards we can't do much about.

  We were so hopeful and excited to have WOW1DAY makeover our entire home about a month ago... A week of painting and two visits for touch ups later we are anything but happy with the experience we had and the quality of work in several areas!

  We are VERY disappointed with the attitude of WOW 1 Day Painting's management, lack of customer service and follow-through. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a thorough and professional paint job.

  I am one of return customers of Steve. I had WOW paint a full house last year, and part of my spa painted recently. Steve was professional and wonderful to deal with, he helped me to pick the prefect color and gave me very reasonable price that i could accept. He didn't charge me the increase cost by painting areas which need more coats. They arrived on time and finished perfectly than expected. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and i will never try to find another painter! Thank you Steve and your team for awesome projects!
