  Unfortunately, I cannot say many good things about this store's photo department. The rest I cannot rate but the photolab.... oh boy. So I ordered my photos and picked them up just fine. I look inside to see they are not mine, they are someone else's. This is a huge loss of personal privacy and I feel bad for whomever photos I had to see when I expected to see my own.

  Great pharmacy and pharmacy staff. Where else than London Drugs can you refill your acne medication and pick up a new 70" 4K TV. Ok, maybe Costco.

  Unfortunately, the pictures have some "funny white lines on them and will have to be reprinted again". At this moment I demanded a refund, which they provided, and left.

  I was told "Oh sorry no problem this will take 5-10 minutes tops" I walk away and come back 15 minutes later. The person who quoted this time is conveniently on break and a new employee reiterates "yes, 5-10 minutes" (after 15 minutes already). I go back 10 minutes later. Still not done. After 30 minutes they are finally finished.

  The staff is great and will go out of their way to help you. Their prices are higher then the competitors but they will price match. This location is relatively slow so I've never had to wait long for help or at the till. The staff has always been knowledgeable and taken the time to make sure I got what I needed.

  Great store. Always well set up, staff is really friendly. Post Office line gets long but they always call for help. Great selection of goods at this one and some good sales from time to time.
