  Was in a motorcycle accident that ended up destroying a lot of connective tissue in my left shoulder. No broken bones but a lot of swelling, serious pain, and no mobility at all.

  On the same night of it happening I was told by doctors that they would have to break my collar bone with a mallet in order for me to heal properly. They also said there was a possibility of having to do surgery and insert pins. To make things worse they claimed that if I didn't do this, I would probably never be able to raise my left hand higher than the height of my shoulder. They also said that alternative treatment would have been unbearable due to more pain and probably would not yield good results.

  The therapists and support staff at CSA are the epitome of client care. They do everything in their power to address their clients needs and come up with the best treatment plan possible to get them back to health. If they don't know the answers they do their best to seek them out. 5 stars from me!

  Csa staff is always friendly and helpful. IMS treatments as a athlete has helped greatly to lengthen my career. Can’t thank the team enough for the work they have done.

  I didn't take their advice and instead was treated by Cory at CSA on 51st. He knew exactly what to do to minimize the pain and worked hard at keeping scar tissue from building up. I was given a list of exercises and a proper treatment plan to stick to.

  During all my years as a high performance athlete, CSA physio has been integral in my recovery from injuries and routine maintenance to mitigate the aches and pains of my daily regimen. The guys at CSA have always been very diligent in assessing the best treatments to keep and make me healthy, and the experience was always positive, personally and professionally.   If your vertigo is caused by a tumor as mine was - then you urgently need to be diagnosed using the proper goggles that can immediately differentiate if its a neurological issue causing your dizzinness.

  To this day I have full mobility of my shoulder and can do all the activities I used to with absolutely no issues. Pretty much like nothing ever happened! Thank you CSA! Highly recommended!

  If you plan to use CSA or any other clinic ask if they are equipped to quickly diagnose the cause of your symptoms because your life might just depend on it.

  CSA did not have the tools to diagnose that my vertigo/dizziness was caused by a tumour ... Yet they treated me multiple times before rererring me to a properly equipped clinic.
