  PTs treated my back and gave me home exercises to strengthe my core. It is like your pain got resolved plus you will be good in years if you do follow the exercises they give you

  I had a very positive experience! My therapist was Alan Lam and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. With his assistance, we developed a home exercise program to strengthen weak muscles. His assessment was the most thorough that I have ever received! After several weeks of diligently following the program outlined by Alan, the pain I had been dealing with disappeared! I highly recommend Alan and will return to him if other issues arise in the future.

  Have to say the physiotherapist assistant I had was AMAZING!! However that was the only positive I have to say. Front staff charged me twice for one taping. After I was told to return for a refund I returned and was told by a different front staff member that I have to wait and have a cheque returned to me in ten business days if not longer as the finance Manger was on holidays . As for the physiotherapist. She wouldn't see me until muscle and stim was finished never before. Never checked the muscular pain I was referring to before. After six visits I stopped seeing them to find alternate therapy. Thank goodness I have benefits as they wasted a great deal of money.

  I am conflicted, the service, knowledge, professionalism and care are far beyond anything i have experienced ever before. My conflict is that you and others will try them out and see what i have experienced and that i will not be able to get in to see them again when i need to. Alan Lam, is absolutly amazing and unlike many physiotherapists they do not watch the clock, the only thing important to them is getting you back on top. Guys keep up the amazing work, much success is in your future.
