  After not being satisfied with my physiotherapy experience at another clinic, a friend referred me to Optimize. Immediately, the difference was apparent: professionalism, work ethic, commitment to clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, from the moment you step through the doors and are greeted by administrative staff. Aaron, the PT I've been working with, is genuine and takes the time to explain my injuries and through his plan, has helped me make incredible strides towards healing. I've not felt neglected or forgotten; everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and sincere. I would recommend Optimize to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

  The staff are always friendly and the Therapists are so professional with some wonderful humour! My whole family goes here for our Physio and massage needs.

  This clinic and the therapists here have helped me over the last few years recover from various sports injuries, including my shoulder, low back, neck and elbow. This review is long overdue as I am always amazed by the level of professionalism and the significant amount of support I get from them regarding my injuries. They are very thorough with their assessments and ensure I always have “homework” to do at home so I can continue to improve my mobility or strength. I cannot say enough good things about the therapists here-if you are looking for friendly individuals, with very comprehensive working knowledge of physiotherapy or massage-this is your place!

  I've seen 3 different physiotherapists at Optimize, plus 3 of the massage therapists and I've always been taken extremely well taken care of! Great, knowledgeable and caring staff!

  Arri and the staff at Optimize Physiotherapy have been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is very thorough, knowledgeable and take the time to work with you. I've been seeing the staff for months now to rehabilitate a shoulder I had surgery on and the progress I've made is outstanding.. even the surgeon was impressed. If you are looking for an experienced, nurturing, physiotherapist, I highly recommend any of the gentleman at Optimize. It's been a great experience and a pleasure to work with them.
