  I came one afternoon, left the work early so I could get the 90-minute massage that I booked for. When I arrived several minutes early for my schedule, I was informed that they could no longer offer the service that I booked for. The only available therapist in the clinic (Mariel Peralta) expressed that she is not happy servicing any client for 90-minutes, and even out of the mood because the front desk made a mistake of booking several clients without giving her needed break in between clients. BUT, that was NOT my problem. I was booked and got confirmation, and so I'm expecting the service that was confirmed for me. I reported the matter to the manager and asked if he could do something with it. He was very rude, inconsiderate, and won't even listen to my complain. He just said "sorry, I can't do anything about it." And not even considerate when I reasoned that I skipped and left work early so I could get a massage. I asked if I could get a little something from them to somehow compensate my precious time that they wasted for me. Mr. Sreepati Dey simply brushed the matter aside and cut the conversation immediately without resolving the matter and without even extending an apology or any consolation for what they have done to me. Very unfortunate!

  I do NOT recommend this business for now. But I do pray and hope that they will get better in the future.
