  Burger was awesome and sumptuous however, servers need more training and professionalism. We were waiting on the table; that was allotted by their server; for more than 30 minutes and nobody showed up. Finally, we contacted one of the waitresses to get our order. She came to our table and surprised to see the table we were allotted as it was not assigned to any of their servers. Hence, she made us to leave that table and asked us to occupy in another row(which was not preferable to us). What an humiliation ! is it professionalism when we were told to sit there previously ? why she could not serve us on the previously allotted table ? In order to keep dining mood, we reluctantly agreed to it but we were totally disappointed with that attitude. They did not deserve TIPS still my host paid it. Is the management for their staff or for better customer service ? did they prove --- customer is not right but he is beggar ...!! disgusting

  Fast service, even during the dinner rush on a Saturday!! Portion sizes are perfect. I had the burger with guacamole (other southern inspired ingredients). And fries. Burger was perfectly cooked (I would have preferred med-med-well) but that's health Canada's problem. Lol, fries were also cooked perfect with a perfect amount of seasoning. All the ingredients seemed fresh. However I do not work there so I have no clue what goes on in the kitchen. I should ask if they serve

  This place is amazing!! Great drink specials, and the burgers are top notch. I came here with my boyfriend and we both loved it. Although they did serve my boyfriend the wrong burger, they promptly acknowledged their mistake and fixed it immediately. Overall, we had a very pleasant dining experience here; we will definitely be returning!

  Went to Red Robin (Downtown location) with my friend who has never been there before. We both ordered burgers (cheese burger with bacon and a mushroom burger )with a small cup of French onion soup. The waitresses (yes you read correctly, 3 lovely ladies, wish I could remember their names) we had were very friendly and were always checking on us to ask how the burgers were and if we needed more fries or ice tea. Thank you ladies and the cooks for the great service and tasty burgers. I've been going to Red Robin for mushroom burger for over 20 years, still my favorite place for a burger.

  This is my fiancé and my favourite place to go for a nice quick meal. The food is always great and the service is always friendly.
