  A hidden gem! The first thing that we noticed upon entering the school was that it felt like a home. The small size makes it very personable and friendly.

  What was msot attractive to us was that Coronation School is an accredited IB World School which teaches children to be global citizens, have inquiring minds and be critical thinkers. (We lived in Asia for 6 years and international schools would charge up to $20,000 per year for the IB program). To get an IB education for free is an unbelievable bonus.

  While the building is old, there is a log of technology being used inside. Smart boards are in every classroom, laptops are used throughout the school and the parent council recently purchased a bunch of Ipads for use in the school.

  That's the worst school I ever dealt with,the principal tried to tell me that once I register my child at a school that she needs to go there and that I jut can't withdraw her application.The second thing is,when you have a child that needs A Occupational therapist or anything else that I behavior related please do not send them there,thr lady seriously told me to try medication so my 4 year old sits still,basically the more medicated the more dedicated is her motto...because the kids apperantly are quiet in school when they are on the medication and it weans of when they go home.Its amazing especially since you can't diagnose a child with any type of ADHD or ADD before the age of 6 or 7.Very rude to the teacher that also work with my daughter I am disgusted so are many people that hear this story...I miss the old principal....
