  The clothing is good quality and costs are reasonable. Bottoms may be about $80-100; tops are around $50-$60. Dresses are very reasonable, usually around $90. Blazers are about $120.

  If I could return my entire $500 purchase (including the purchase I made to GET the cash cards) I would. Horrible experience, and the worst part is that I used to love this place.

  when i asked to speak to a Manager she claimed to be the Manager I am pretty sure she was lying . A manager would have better common sense and experince dealing with clients of all races , genders and shapes. the girl that was working is Racist.

  I always have excellent service whenever I visit the store, expect today. there were two people working the floor not one of the greeted me or even made eye contact and I smiled . More over one of the girls working keep on checking in on all the women in the store to see if they needed help even the one standing 2 feet away from me and again not eye contact with me, more over I was followed through ever inch of the store.

  I love this place! I work in the mall and never had I gone in. To be honest, what got me through the doors were the 40% off signs everywhere. The items I got were great pieces. In Petite to boot!! The girls there were awesome. Thanks ladies!!

  Had one terrible experience and I'm never shopping at this location again. The floor staff is amazing and incredibly helpful, but the manager I dealt with was completely helpless, felt totally ripped off/ never shopping here again.

  when I asked her why she was following me and did not even bother to ask me if I needed anything or help. she said she didnt say hi coz she thought i needed space.??? which makes no sense as she was always very close by. I still love loft and I think its one of the best stores in west edmomton mall. but I will never ever go into the store if she is in it ever!!!

  I originally made a purchase $250 purchase in order to receive the rip off's that they call "Cash Cards". Later I made another $290 purchase using the $100 worth of cash cards which reduced my total to $190. Great, I was happy, until I had to return a pair of pants that I bought for my mother, which she decided she didn't want, they gave me a marginal return ($60 when the pants were worth $90).

  I have had to make a return (exchange) and have used the cash coupons Kim referenced below, but thankfully not in the same transaction. In reviewing how the cash coupons are applied on the receipt, I can see how Kim would have run into this problem, but hopefully hers is the exception.
