  I've been trying to contact the store but nobody ever answers the phone. And there is no email address. I am happy with the Glasses I purchased so the glasses get a 5 star and the store a 1 star

  Belittled me because I asked if any pair of glasses were discounted. The sales receptionist specifically said, "this isn't a wal-Mart' a polite 'no we do not discount our products here' would have been sufficient.

  Not very happy with the store. I purchased a new pair of fuel cell glasses with polarized lenses and asked for another pair of lenses polarized for my fuel cell glasses that I have at Home. Well after driving back to Winnipeg I find out that I was sold Crankshaft lenses as they don't fit in my glasses.

  Awesome service. I came in with a pair of Jawbreakers for warranty as the nose piece was no longer securing to the frame. They asked for receipt, which I did not have as I purchased the product about 11 months ago, and they proceeded to grab a brand new frame and mated that to my nose piece in no time at all. They then showed me the proper procedure for removing the lenses and cleaned the lenses while they were at it. All at no charge. Amazing service! Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent customer service and performance lenses.
