  I loved this place! It is a very nice facility and from the first thousand phone calls I made to inquire about the eyelash extensions course, till I completed the training and followed to finished my 5 quotas the staff were so friendly and encouraging. I took the course but decided I would like a one on one training and they were quick to accommodate my request. The instructor Rachelle, is friendly and reassuring and quickly checked all of my quotas. I am very happy to be a Certified Eyelash technician through the European Institute of Esthetics Medi spa :)

  Warning. This school only cares about making money off of you. They gave us a kit with sample size products and expected us to use that for all of our quotas. If you don't wear makeup to class, you will hear about how to be more professional. My teacher flat out told my class that she doesn't think we have the confidence to be in this field and doubted us! Talk about ignorant. I am now a Clinic manager and Laser Technician in a clinic in Calgary.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my education at EIE. Yes it's lots of hard work. There is a ton of information to absorb in the 12 week program. But the knowledge I have gained in that time frame is incredible. Anyone considering this school should! But keep in mind they do have high expectations of their students. For me, that is a positive! But likely not the right fit for someone who wants to coast through a course without putting the effort in. Our instructors could see the efforts we were putting in and it was obvious to me that they truly want us to succeed. This course has given me a great base of knowledge to go into the MediSpa world. Prospective employers have indicated that they appreciate the high standards that EIE sets for their students. The class sizes are small and this allows for lots of hands on experience. The equipment we worked with is very good quality. The school has just finished a fantastic renovation. The instructors I had were all exceptional. I have made some great friends and wonderful memories!

  I have been going to EIE for years. I see Terese, she is a excellent technician with years of experience. She takes extremely good care of me, always making sure I'm comfortable and taking time to ask how previous treatments have gone and if I've been happy with the outcome. When I finally decided to try the pixel treatment I was extremely pleased with how my skin responded. It wasn't something noticed right away, but a couple of weeks later I noticed that the lines on my forehead were about 50% less deep than previously! I've only had one treatment so far, and plan to have another soon.

  My friend had pneumonia and was very sick, she asked the owner if she could leave and go to the hospital which resulted in the owner lecturing her and saying she will have to drop out of the program if she left to go see a doctor. She left anyways. They made her re take the whole chemical peel course and charged her hundreds of dollars to do so. Teachers would remind us daily about how we were the worst class they ever taught. Oh and I missed 2 days of class in 4 weeks (because i was in a car accident )so they decided to get me to write a 3000 word essay to complete on my LAST WEEK of school. Which was when all of our other exams and essays were going on. I was stressed out for my whole experience here. They also assign cleaning duties for the entire building! You're paying 12 grand to go to this school let me remind you. The office staff were super nice when I came for a tour. After they have your money they will be rude to you. They also do not give you a WiFi password. No exceptions. Not even if you have school work you're needing to get done. The list can literally go on and it gets worse. I hope this steers you away to another place for your education. Marleen the Laser teacher was awesome though.

  I recently attended there Professional Laser Tattoo Removal course. It was an absolutely great class. My instructor Marlene is extremely knowledgeable, very patient and more that willing to answer any question that I had. They even provided models for me to do my practical laser tattoo removal on. The facility is fabulous and the laser equipment is state of the art. I found the staff very courteous and professional. I highly recommend EIE MediSpa & Laser Training Centre for any one wanting to learn how to properly remove tattoos with laser technology.
