  I have been there a couple times and have dealt with a girl named Shelley, she is the most informative person and doesn't try and up sell you on products and services and makes your experience the best that she can! the staff is so kind and respectful and very knowledgeable on the services that could be beneficial and that wouldn't be .. the best experiences thus far..

  Today was my second time visiting External Affairs! i saw Shelley at the edmonton location for some face slimming using fillers, she came up with a plan for me that works with my budget and gives me the exact results i want!! She was very helpful and deffinetely knows what shes doing. The other staff was amazing as well, very welcoming just as i remembered. I will be back in a few months!

  I have been going to External Affairs for Botox injections for nearly 5 years. They are a convenient location to my office and I have also gone to the St Albert location. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly, professional and competent. The location is very clean with cool displays and there is always a DVD playing that outlines various treatment options. I found the staff to make suggestions about other treatment options in a way that I don't feel pressured to book. I believe the prices are competitive with other service providers. I have not had a bad outcome with the injections. If you are thinking you want to try Botox or any other of the services, book with External Affairs - either location.

  I went for two visits with Sheena, I am super pleased with the results, I had fillers done the mini face lift, I had the lines removed from around my lips and chin filler and botox. After it settled in for a week, it looks amazing and gave me back my confidence - So I did not feel so old. Thank you Sheena and all over patience and taking time to explain things to me when I didn't understand
