  Showed up to the salon for a pre booked makeup appointment at 10am July 15th for my brother's wedding. My sister had called and booked appointment a few weeks prior. No one in salon, lights off, doors locked, closed sign on. Tried calling and no answer. Sign on door said they should be open at 9am that day. Very upset as I was looking forward to getting makeup done for a special event and then I had to do it myself. No one called me from salon, very poor customer service!!! Will never go back. I'm from Ontario and planned to have all my hair and makeup done prior to my brother's wedding. I can't believe they never called me to tell me what's going on. What terrible bad customer service!

  Crystal cut my hair, and I am so happy!! She is the new owner, and it was lovely talking to her. I started coming to this place as of October 2016 but had a bad experience in January before the ownership changed. I was happy to find that Crystal had taken over and was willing to cut my hair herself as I had a credit to use from January. She knows the hair business, there is no doubt!! She also did not question me for what hair product I use or tell me that there was plastic residue in the sink from the hair wash like the girl who cut my hair a while back. I will return to have my hair done by her in the future!! :-)

  I am not one to complain but I am extremely upset with this place. I asked for balayage and showed a picture. I got a terrible bleach yellow colour all over and a bad chemical burn all over my scalp. She said she would lighten it first then do foils. Well she never ended up doing foils...Now I have to wait for my scalp to heal for at least a week If not more before I can get the colour fixed. She tried to blame me for it even though I specifically said "I don't want a solid colour and I don't want it to look yellow, I want balayage". She didn't listen and clearly just heard the word "blonde" and destroyed my scalp as well. 250$ for a terrible job and NOT what I asked for. Everyone I showed my hair to agrees it was a terrible job and I can't believe the girl who did my hair was the owner. Also they are always multi tasking doing multiple apointments at once going back and fourth between clients...no other salon does this. This place use to be good before the new owner took over..stay away. I expect a refund when they re-open. They even told me specifically they would be open today and they're not. Lack of professionalism!

  I have been going to Amber for a few years and have been very pleased with her ability to listen to what I want to try and her good advice. This week, I waited too long to make an appointment and was given a different stylist who I had never had before. I was really impressed that the new stylist, Holly, called Amber over to touch base on what I had had before and I really felt valued because of that. As they talked, I recognized how professional they both were and my hair cut and color turned out beautifully because of their communication and obvious love of what they do. I will continue to go back and just wanted to say thank you!!! You turned a crazy busy day into a great experience! M.

  It was a very pleasant experience at this Salon. Maci is so professional... my hair color looks great. I strongly recommend this Salon.
