  I ordered self pickup truck and they put the key on the wrong place. The management was impossible to contact to resolve the issue (tried to call so many time without response). Waste so much time on getting the key alone. Not recommended.

  The storage space I rented is nice. The workers are very nice. I like that my belongings are safe there.

  Cheap prices for storage and friendly service. The hours are a little inconvenient though.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. The guy in the office when we picked up the Uhaul was a douche (Can I say that on here???) He asked in a very rude manner, "HOW LONG DO YOU NEED THE TRUCK FOR". I said "I reserved the truck for 24 hours" and he SNAPPED back at me "THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED, I ASKED HOW LONG YOU WOULD NEED IT FOR" ......... ok. Well I reserved it for 24 hours almost a week in advance so there's your answer. And then the lady helping me told me there were no dollys available even though I had reserved one with my order 5 days in advance... ok whatever that's fine... and then 5 minutes later the rude guy offers his customer (the man beside me) a dolly and gives the guy a dolly! Like what???? Worst service, rudest staff I have ever dealt with.
