  I would'nt give one star BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS POST MAKE SURE U watch out for this place they stole everything i own and had nothing to do with unpaid rent either or paying late they just don't have any organization or communication among fellow employees and with managing or management. There is absolutely no way i would ever refer anyone to store at that location or any other location for that matter. All they had to say to me is they will take care of me but yet to even call me to fix any of this major set back in my life. They cant even tell me who stole all my belongings nor can they take the time to look at cameras to find the employees that cut my lock and stole everything i own between moves. They don't cant tell me where it may have gone nothing. Just told me to start a claim number report. U HAUL IS THE WORST FACILITY TO KEEP UR PERSONAL , BUSINESS , FRAGILE

  Bad customer service ended up costing us an arm and a leg because we were told we couldn't extend our rental when we came to purchase boxes halfway through our day so than later when we brought it backon time just to be told we could extend the rental and should have been able to previously. So we drove it an extra 20 km just for that. Super annoying...

  Terrible customer service. If you must use Uhaul I'd seriously reccomend using a different location unless you want to get kicked out of the store even though you prepaid because you speak with an accent... and get a door slammed so hard on you the glass shakes. Can't say for sure but most likely they are racist toward black people. And then when you file a complaint the manager closes the file and labels it as solved because it was him and his wife that were rude to you in the first place... just disgusting. Thankfully the general manager gave me a full refund and apologized. Doesn't fix my broken TV and scratched furniture that slid all around the 26 foot truck we were forced to get from a different location since this location refused us the 10 foot that we booked -_- what a nightmare.
