  Visited this store to shop for a new purse for my wife. Shannon helped me out, she has good knowledge of their product and showed me around the store until I found what I wanted. Very friendly and non-pushy to make a sale. Ended buying two purses and will be back to buy anothed watch for myself. Thanks Shannon for your help amd making my shopping easy.

  Would rate 0 stars if I could. Worst service from a manager when I was trying to exchange a necklace that HER employee gave me instead of a bracelet. Get better employees is all I have to say!!

  Employee we're very helpful and knowledgeable. Would have been 5 stars but the manager at this location was quite rude and seemed like she hated her life.

  I had a great experience at this store today, went in to get my watch fixed and talked to jasmine about a mechanical failure needed to be repaired; she was so friendly and went above and beyond to help and offered me a same brand new watch instead. Great service and response.

  Aug 13 2017 I went to Calgary cross iron mils mall and got a 1st gen Fossil q grant for 89.99.Im pretty happy with the watch so far. Oh and on Aug 14 2017 i called the Fossil siltoee in west Edmonton mall for pricing and the same watch retailed for 250 somthing.
