  Great customer service and good prices for ClubPet members. Conveniently located in the Brewer District right next door to Oliver Square West. The staff is willing to see if they can bring in products you like if its not something they regularly stock.

  For being a chain store I am surprised how much the staff cares here. They are very knowledgeable and actually care about the animals and making sure they find good homes. The guy that runs the reptile department is especially great as he has lots of reptile knowledge which is rare.

  WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY, EVER AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!! I recently was ejected from the store for being insulted by the manager. And then escorted off of the premises for being angry about not being able to talk to a mature responsible manager. Completely disappointed that a pet store manager could be so rude, I feel sorry for anyone that was completely humiliated and insulted by her. I have the video of my second visit. I decided to return after wishing I had recorded the entirety of the last exchange and encountered the exact same outlandish behavior! And when I asked to speak with a manager to speak about the situation it was her she told me to speak with, no other contacts available according to her and she was the only way to speak with her boss! I tried to be civil and drop it all, and just return the tainted merchandise but even that couldn't happen! I feel furious over the way I have been repeatedly mistreated as a first time customer!

  Clean with lots of pet toys and food for dogs, cats, critters, fish, reptiles, hamsters and rabbits. The staff is extraordinary, they really care about animals, and they help you make the best selections for your pets. The store is very large, very impressive!

  Friendly staff. Bright and clean store. Cute animals. Everything I need for my cat. Convenient location.
