  I called to get my dog's records over the phone for my pet insurance provider and the receptionist, Tina, seemed to be having a very bad day. She was very short with me, and huffed when I asked questions as though I was a huge inconvenience to her. I had to repeat the email address several times to send the records to, and when she repeated it back it was not right, every time. She got frustrated with me saying that she would just look it up. I am also a receptionist, and I speak clearly. I work at an office where we have a high standard of customer service and was most definitely unimpressed with her attitude. Unfortunately for the rest of the team at this vet clinic, because of her, I would never go back after being treated that way.

  The staff were amazing and very supportive when my cat passed away. They gave me time to process what happened and walked me through the next steps. If I ever get a pet again I will for sure bring them here. They sent me a lovely card and did ink paw prints from my cat. Very much appreciated.

  Dr. Foster and his team have provided outstanding care to our cats and dogs for over 10 years. The care, expertise and follow-up have been second to none. I would highly recommend Dr. Foster and his staff to anyone with animals in their family!

  I cannot stress enough how wonderful this vet clinic is. Dr. Foster and his team are wonderful, caring, helpful and so knowledgeable! Every time I've taken Lola in, I receive the best service and I know that she is in good hands. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work!
