  The receptionist was very nice and responded in a respectful manner considering the situation. The veterinarian was also respectful and helpful. Tried to get a hold of them for ashes but no response until my husband went down there in person.

  we've been coming to St. Francis Pet Hospital for years, when Dr. Carol owned it sold her practice to Dr . Bal. wonderful service and staff. our Sheldon ended up with a blockage. he's had them before, had a surgery but sadly they came back. it was time to say goodbye and give him a pain free goodbye and end his pain. The staff here were wonderful, gave us all the time we needed, explained the whole process, booked us in right away when the office would be empty for our privacy during this difficult time. The cost was very reasonable as well. we will continue to come back here for our other pets needs.

  The Veterinarian is very profesional and give the pets the human touch, he do cares about the animals, very patient and soft spoken, in case of emergency he will be there for your pet!

  Found a great place to take our pets. Our Pug has been sick. Trying to find a place was difficult this close to Christmas. When they answered the phone, they were very friendly on the phone. They were able to look at our dog the next day. When we were there they were informative the whole way through. The price was reasonable and made sure we understood everything. Thank you so much.

  This is a vet who genuinely cares about the animals. It is well priced and he is quite knowledgable. I take all my animals here!!
