  Great Staff and Dr. Ali is Fabulous. My dog is now healing from her knee surgery she received at the clinic and is now in physio and is doing just great. Dr. Ali and her staff take such great care of my big girl and I greatly appreciate all they do for her.

  Made it blatantly obvious all they really care about is the money. Wanted to keep our dog for collateral when I forgot my card even after numerous visits to "our neighbourhood Vet clinic...." Dog doesn't like that place, no wonder...Oh ya went in to see what was wrong with my puppy, I thought he has a sliver from chewing on wood. When sitting in exam room I heard a bunch of laughter, the Vet took my puppy and came back to tell me that my puppy was teething. No wondering they were laughing, they charged 70+ dollars to tell me that. I was worried about my puppy, I didn't need a diagnoses with laughter, I would think I would be a free service to tell me not to worry teething makes you puppy do funny chewing motions to loosen their teeth...our neighbourhood Vet clinic. Thank for making me feel stupid and cheated.

  Pricing is fair and the staff is quite friendly. They don't push for shots that you don't truly need. They were helpful when my male cat started to develop urinary crystals, we changed his diet and that pretty much solved the issue :) thanks from Hobo and Buddy

  We have 2 cats and they have been treated very well for their regular check up and the staff was absolutely patient with my big kitty Buddy since he was not happy about getting his bum expressed.

  Update, even better now. They are great with the cats and are always honest and never try to sell me on anything not needed. It really shows that the animals are truly their passion

  Dr. Ali is a beautiful, compassionate, very knowledgable Veterinarian. I have been to see her with my boy Hunter on several occasions from regular routine shots, to check ups, to a lump removal. My dog means the world to me so in a couple cases I came in quite anxious. Not only did they fix Hunter up, they reassured me he will be just fine and explained everything thoroughly, including home care. When it came to the Biopsy, the staff mentioned I would hear back with results by Tuesday of the following week, on Tuesday as promised I had the results not only emailed to me, but also a call from the clinic, and Dr. Ali herself explaining it all to me. Aside from the wonderful care Hunter has received with every visit, the prices are very fair, if not less than what I have expected to see. With exceptional and professional, Vet, Tech, and customer service, I will happily recommend this clinic to anyone in need of loving veterinary care for their furry family.
