  Short wait times. Good doctor asked questions actually took steps to figure out the problem of my reoccurring kidney stones. Office could use a little tidying but all in all

  Waiting time: 55min - Duration of consultation: 3min - Work Environment: reception very outdated. Doctor's room is tiny, very old looking with a disgusting small sink to wash hands, a desk with two monitors and a patient table. Doctor's attitude: very cold, he barely looked at me, told me what I already knew, Dr. didn't do any check-up on me or either made reasonable questions. He looked into his computer screen, made a note I guess and said he would send info to my family doctor. Last note: this type of "doctor" helps to waste public money in health care. Honestly I believe Alberta Health Services (AHS) might pay $65-$90 per patient who walks in this place. 6 patients walked into doctor's room within the 55min of my waiting time. So let's say he normally receives 6 patients per hour. This easily projects a gross income of at least $300k/year if this doctor works 30h/week. The receptionist was nice. But I was there to talk and get an exam done with the doctor. For a poor service provided like the one I had, this "doctor" deserves HALF star in my overall experience. I'll never go back. STAY AWAY of this place!
